Leupp Neighborhood Distribution Join us every Wednesday from 9:45 am to 12:00 pm (Arizona Mountain Time) at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Leupp Schools Rd, 40 miles east of Flagstaff in Leupp, AZ 86035, as we provide fresh food and essential groceries to families and individuals in the Leupp community. Volunteers help set up and organize distribution tables, greet guests, hand out produce and pantry staples, and ensure everyone feels welcome and supported. This community-focused event is hands-on and meaningful—ideal for anyone who wants to make a real difference and connect with neighbors in need. Whether you’re arranging supplies, distributing food, or offering a friendly greeting, your efforts help put nutritious meals on the tables of those who need them most. Safety Information for Leupp Neighborhood Distribution To keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth distribution, please follow these guidelines: • Wear closed-toe, non-slip shoes—no sandals or open-toed footwear. • Dress for the weather and bring water or sun protection as the event is outdoors. • Wash your hands thoroughly before handling food and use hand sanitizer regularly. • Wear gloves when handling produce or groceries and change gloves as needed. • Lift carefully: Use your legs, not your back. Ask for help with heavy or bulky items. • Keep walkways and distribution areas clear of boxes and clutter to prevent trips and falls. • Stay alert to your surroundings: Watch for vehicles and moving equipment, especially during setup and cleanup. • Treat everyone with kindness and patience, even during busy times. • Respect privacy: Do not discuss guest information in public areas. • Know where first aid kits and emergency contacts are located. Report accidents or unsafe conditions to a supervisor right away. • Stay home if you are unwell or have any symptoms of illness.
